If you are not feeling well or experiencing ANY symptoms.
If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
If you are waiting on a lab result from possible/known exposure to COVID-19, or other illness that can possible spread.
If you have been in contact with or been exposed to anyone who has COVID-19.
Please reschedule if you are experiencing any eye symptoms, such as eye infection, pink eye, stye, eye puss, or irritation including seasonal allergies. If you are sick, experiencing coughs, fever, or contagious, please reschedule. If we are unable to provide service due to the circumstances above when you arrive, it will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
- deposits & CANCELLATIONs-
There is a $50 deposit required when booking for first time clients & returning clients that book for a “NEW SET”. The deposit will apply towards your service. You will get a confirmation text/email of the appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please be on time to avoid cancellation! There is a 10 minute grace period, after which the appointment may be subject to cancellation. Please be mindful of our time if you need to cancel, give us at least 48 hours advance notice. Any cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit fee. There will be a new deposit for booking a new appointment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- GUARANTEE -
We do GUARANTEE our work. If your lashes do not hold up within the week of your set/fill, please inform us immediately for a complimentary touchup. There will not be a guarantee on “FOREIGN FILLS”.
- KINDLY RemINDER -
Please be mindful to arrive to your appointment with a clean face, preferably with no moisturizer, lotion, makeup, etc
Refrain from using any lash serum at least 3 days before your appointment
If the natural lashes are not clean from makeup/mascara residues/oil/serums, the longevity of the extensions can not be guaranteed
Plan your schedule/day accordingly, as you can not get your lashes wet/sweat for the first 3 hours after your appointment
Please DO NOT schedule your appointment during a meeting or zoom call. No texting or “on a call” during lash session.
NO chewing gum or excessive movements during session.
