On average, the lash extensions fullness can last between 2-3 weeks. However, it is important to note that the extensions will gradually shed along with the natural lash. To maintain the fullness & longevity of the lash extensions, it is recommended to get regular touch ups/fills every 2-3 weeks. Additionally, following proper aftercare instructions, such as avoiding oil-based products & excessive rubbing of the eyes can help extend the lifespan of the lash extensions

Lash extensions come in various curls, lengths, & styles to suit different preferences & achieve desired looks.
how to prepare for the appointment?
Come to the appointment with a clean face. No eye make up, liner, or mascara. Any makeup reside can affect the retention of the extension. Use oil-free makeup remover to clean the natural lashes prior to the appointment. Lash lift is not recommended prior to the appointment.
How long is A Session?
A lash session usually takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. A full set of lash extensions takes longer, while fill-ins take about 1 to 1.5 hours. The time may vary based on the removal of new growth, the natural lashes' condition, and the client's desired look. It's important to set aside enough time for a good and comfortable application.
Can I trim the extensions if they are too long?
Trimming lash extensions is not generally recommended. It's important to maintain the integrity and proper application of the extensions. Self-trimming may lead to uneven lashes or even damage to your natural lashes. If the extensions are too long and causing discomfort or hindering your vision, it's best to contact us immediately so we can make adjustments to your comfort level.
How do I properly clean my eyes with the lash extensions?
Simply use a gentle, oil-free cleanser with a soft bristle brush or lint-free applicator. Brush the cleanser on the lash base, directly onto the skin/lash line, moving the brush/applicator back and forth from inner to outer corners. When done, rinse off the brush/applicator, and thoroughly rinse off the remaining cleanser/product from your eyes/lash extensions. Avoid applying too much pressure directly on the extensions. After Rinse, use a clean mascara wand/brush, and brush out the lashes. Let them air dry. Do not apply heat.
Can I get them wet?
You can get lash extensions wet, but follow some guidelines. It's best to keep them dry for the first 3 hours after they're applied to let the glue set properly. After that, you can wet them, but be gentle when washing your face or showering. Use a mild, oil-free cleanser and avoid rubbing the lashes. A specially designed lash cleanser can help them last longer and stay clean. Limit exposure to steam and avoid long swims in chlorinated or saltwater, as these can weaken the glue. Regular care will help your lash extensions look great.
Do I need to take breaks in between?
The duration of breaks can vary depending on individual circumstances, such as the health of your natural lashes and how often you typically get extensions.
can i apply mascara to eyelash extensions?
The lash extensions will enhance the fullness of the natural lash; therefore, mascara is not needed or recommended. If you must wear mascara, only do so with classic lashes, not on hybrid or volume sets.

can i remove the lash extensions at home myself?
We DO NOT recommend at home removal of the extensions. You can pull out or damage the natural lash. For the removal process, there is a gel solution that is applied on top of the extensions without touching the skin, allowing to sit 5-10 minutes long. Once the adhesive is broken down & dissolved, the extensions will slide off smoothly with an applicator following with a proper cleaning of the natural lashes to remove existing residue.
Can I use a lash serum while wearing the extensions?
Most lash serums contain ingredients that could weaken the adhesive bond of the extensions, leading to premature shedding or damage to the natural lashes. Additionally, the oils in some serums can cause the adhesive to break down. If you want to enhance the health of your natural lashes while wearing extensions, it is advisable to use a serum specifically formulated for lash extensions.
